Elizabeth & Thomas Winslow have over 20 years experience in fine food preparation, catering & restaurant management. The Winslows owned and operated Liberty Market & Café in Beaumont, Texas for 5 years, and then delivered gourmet meals from The Weekly Dish in Beaumont, Texas for over 2 years. Elizabeth and Thomas have led culinary groups to San Miguel and Yelapa, Mexico, and Placencia, Belize, and have taught cooking classes in Texas, New York and California. After “evacuating” to Austin during Hurricane Rita, and falling in love with the local food scene, the Winslows decided to make Austin their home – 2nd time around for Thomas. Elizabeth & Thomas are passionate about supporting local growers and producers, and are committed to helping clients gather together around the table. They believe good food is the foundation for a happy life!
